How RiskLimiter Food Safety Monitoring Works

  1. Open the RiskLimiter app on any mobile device to connect with your Bluetooth thermometer.

  2. Select the desired inspection and follow the prompts for the first item to be temped.

  3. Insert the probe or scan the infrared to read and record the temperature.

  4. If the recorded temperature is within the acceptable range, the app will automatically advance to the next item. If out of range, you are prompted to choose a corrective action.

  5. Inspection data is automatically transferred to the secure RiskLimiter cloud.

  6. Any “out of compliances” will trigger a notification to be sent to the appropriate personnel via email or text In Real Time.

  1. Following an accident or injury an authorized employee will log in to the RiskLimiter mobile application.

  2. He or she will choose the appropriate employee or customer incident form and follow the prompts while filling out all the required information.

  3. Voice data entry and photo capture are both available for use as needed.

  4. Upon completion, an email containing the report will automatically be sent to the recipients you designate, such as your internal risk and claims department, insurance company, and third-party administrator.

  5. The report is simultaneously added to the RiskLimiter cloud database where it can be accessed at any time.

  1. The RiskLimiter team will work with your company to create custom electronic audit forms.
