JTM Corporation is an owner operator of 11 Piggly Wiggly stores Georgia and 8 locations in Alabama.  Gleason Technology installed all of their stores in 2012 with GleasonESP.  An insurance group non-renewed JTM in 2009 because of adverse claims experience.  Gleason Technology received the following email in June 2015:

Hi Brian,

I hope you have been doing well.  I just thought I’d take time to share with you our remarkable general liability loss improvement since we installed the Gleason ESP system.  As you may remember it was installed in December 2012.  The drop in paid claims went down almost instantly.  Our policy year runs July to June.  It looks like there wasn’t much of a drop in the 2012-2013 policy year, but there actually was.  There was a $100,000 shock loss claim that year for an elderly lady that fell down in the parking lot, an area where we don’t usually have accidents.

Executing floor inspections at roughly 80% across all stores, JTM has reduced their overall frequency by 25%. Moreover, they have reduced their total incurred cost of claims by nearly 93%. These results are typical of clients that execute over 80% of their hourly premises inspections.
